At Sufnaa, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for products once delivered.
📦 Damaged Product Claims
We will gladly assist you only in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, provided that:
- A clear, continuous unboxing video is shared
- The video must show:
- The sealed package
- The shipping label
- The product and the damage clearly
📌 Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
⏱ Claim Timeline
- All damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests received after this period may not be considered

We are unable to accept claims for:
- Missing or unclear unboxing videos
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Minor variations in color, design, or finish
- Damage caused after use
- Sale or discounted items
