At Sufnaa, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for products once delivered.

📦 Damaged Product Claims

We will gladly assist you only in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, provided that:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is shared
  • The video must show:
    • The sealed package
    • The shipping label
    • The product and the damage clearly

📌 Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

Claim Timeline

  • All damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests received after this period may not be considered

Please Note

We are unable to accept claims for:

  • Missing or unclear unboxing videos
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor variations in color, design, or finish
  • Damage caused after use
  • Sale or discounted items
